How does it work? Who uses it? And does it matter? This Science Café will review the ins and outs of gerrymandering in the United States.
Dr. Joseph Coll is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at the College of Wooster, where he teaches courses over American politics, racial and ethnic politics, state and local politics, and more. His research focuses on how elections affect public opinion and political behavior. He is the author of numerous journal articles and an edited book.
